All-Inclusive Turnkey Rentals

Every rate includes the RV rental and your Periwinkle Park campsite with full hookups. There’s no separate campsite reservation to make: just submit your inquiry through the form on this page, and we coordinate the campsite reservation directly with the Periwinkle Park office. Your RV will be placed, leveled, and connected to full hookups before you arrive.

Peak Season (November 1 – April 30)
• Weekday (Sunday – Thursday): $145.00 / night
• Weekend (Friday – Saturday): $170.00 / night

Off-Peak Season (May 1 – October 31)
• Weekday (Sunday – Thursday): $135.00 / night
• Weekend (Friday – Saturday): $160.00 / night

Holiday weekend rates vary. No minimum stay required.

Fees & Taxes
• Cleaning & Sanitation Fee: $150.00 (one-time per reservation)
• Extra Guests: Rates include up to 2 guests. Additional guests are $7.00 per person, per night. Children under 6 stay free.
• Florida Sales & Use Tax: 6%, applied only to the RV rental portion of your stay.

Deposits & Holds
• Advance Deposit: Reservations booked more than 14 days before arrival require a deposit equal to one night of the all-inclusive package rate to secure your dates.
• Hold Window: Dates are tentatively held for 7 calendar days pending your deposit.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancelled 7 or more days before arrival: full refund, less a $2.00 handling fee.
• Cancelled less than 7 days before arrival: deposit is forfeited.
